"Eliminate Hunger"
Current 2025 project: “Eliminate Hunger,” aims to provide 80 meals with water, every two weeks to the chronic homeless children, youth, adults, and veterans in Osceola County. We depend on financial donations and in-kind donations which enables us to supply nutritious, balanced meals, clothing, and shoes to the less fortunate. We serve the chronically homeless children, youth, adults, and veterans living on the streets, unsheltered, in the woods, and behind retail centers. Our goal is to not only address immediate hunger but to offer a dignified and compassionate environment where individuals feel supported. By our project providing regular, nutritious meals, we can support these individuals in their journey toward a better quality of life.
Homeless Mobile Meals
Transportation funding goal: $32,322
Wings of Angels, Limited is seeking funding for the Homeless Mobile Meals Mini-Van project that will give us the ability to increase frequency of meal service, serve more meals, and increase the capacity for volunteer engagement. We provide hot meals, water, clothing, shoes, blankets, and personal items to the chronically homeless, children, youth, adults, and veterans in the Kissimmee and St. Cloud, Florida community, at no cost. We will provide these services once a week instead of every two weeks by having a Homeless Mobile Meals Mini-Van. This will give the organization the opportunity to provide 100 to 130 hot meals, as well as, 40 individuals with personal hygiene items every month. We have a targeted goal of providing 1,200 to 1,600 meals in one year. We will continue to serve the chronically homeless individuals experiencing homelessness, health, and social issues. Ensuring everyone has access to opportunities and resources regardless of their economic status.
